Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75. For orders under that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Handmade and made-to-order products may take slightly longer—we’ll include expected timeframes on product pages whenever possible.
Are your candles made by hand?
Yes! Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using a soy blend wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Some feature wood wicks for a soft, crackling burn. Made with care and coastal calm, always.
Can I include a gift note?
Of course. Just leave your message at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a signature Gulf Kind notecard. Gracious gifting is our specialty.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Our coastal gift wrap option is available for most products at checkout.
Do your bath products contain essential oils?
Many of our Drift & Dwell bath items are made with high-quality essential oils and botanical ingredients. Ingredients are listed in each product description. If you have sensitivity concerns, reach out—we’re happy to help you choose with care.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love bringing custom ideas to life—from personalized stationery to coastal candle sets for weddings or events. Email us at shannon@gulfkind.com with your request and we’ll see what we can create together.
Are your products allergen-free?
While many of our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients, our workspace is not certified allergen-free. We recommend checking the ingredient lists for potential allergens and reaching out with any specific concerns before placing your order.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we’re unable to accept returns on used candles or bath items, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Do you offer discounts?
From time to time, yes! The best way to hear about promotions, early product drops, and coastal kindness is by joining Kind News, our email newsletter. We promise no clutter—just charm, grace, and the occasional perk.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the continental U.S. If you're located elsewhere and interested in ordering, send us a message—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What if I have a problem with my order?
We believe in grace and good service. If your order isn’t right, email shannon@gulfkind.com within 7 days and we’ll find a solution. Kindness is our cornerstone.
