Shipping & Processing
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75. For orders under that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Personalized and made-to-order items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
If an extended processing time applies, we’ll note it on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the continental U.S. If you’re located elsewhere and hope to order, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Gifting
Can I include a gift note?
Yes. Leave your message at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a Gulf Kind notecard.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is coming soon.
If you’d like to request gift wrapping before it becomes available at checkout, please email hello@gulfkind.com and we’ll help when possible.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, yes. To hear about promotions, new releases, and seasonal offerings, join Kind News, our email newsletter.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes. As a military family, this is important to us.
We offer a 10% discount for active duty, veterans, and first responders. Please email hello@gulfkind.com with simple verification and we will send your discount code.
Custom Orders & Special Projects
Do you take custom orders?
We do. From personalized ornaments and custom engraving to event favors and keepsake gifts, we’re happy to discuss your ideas.

Do you offer school, church, or organization fundraisers?
Yes. Gulf Kind partners with schools, churches, teams, and community groups to create custom fundraising collections, including ornaments, engraved gifts, and seasonal sets.

Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. We create custom ornaments, engraved gifts, branded designs, and bulk gift sets for corporate clients.

Product Care & Ingredients
Are your candles made by hand?
Yes. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using a premium soy blend wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. We do not currently use wood wicks.
Do your bath products contain essential oils?
Some Drift & Dwell bath items include essential oils and gentle botanical ingredients.
Because we do not list full ingredient breakdowns on every product page, we encourage you to reach out with any allergy or sensitivity concerns before ordering.
Are your products allergen-free?
Our workspace is not certified allergen-free. If you have specific concerns, please email us and we will help guide you toward the best options.
Returns & Support
What is your return and exchange policy?
If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
While we’re unable to accept returns on used candles, bath items, or personalized goods, we will always do our best to make things right.
What if I have a problem with my order?
If something isn’t correct, email hello@gulfkind.com within 7 days and we’ll take care of you. We believe in grace, good service, and doing right by our customers.
